I want to take a moment to praise their amazing customer service. First I ordered the bench, but realized I had used my HSA card. I wrote a message and they cancelled my order within mins allowing me to purchase with the correct card. Then our bench arrived with a broken leg, this was due to UPS, not insufficient packaging. I sent a photo to customer service and they texted back in 15 seconds! They asked me to check over the rest of the components, then had a new leg shipped out promptly.
I greatly value good customer service and unfortunately you rarely get it these days. I'm blown away by the customer service at painted sky designs. I can't praise them highly enough.
