Due to the weight and size of our products, we discourage returns. Please reach out to our team with any questions prior to purchase to make sure you are ordering the product you intend. If you do find the need to return a product that is free of defects (due to size, color, materials, etc.), a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns can only be accepted in undamaged boxes, in complete original packing to prevent breakage in reshipping. A FedEx call tag will be issued to pick up your product at place of original delivery. Your refund will be issued once received and back in inventory; Contact Weston at email@example.com to process a return.
We warranty all of our products to be free of defect at the time of purchase and 60 days after. If there are any defects in the product, contact us as soon as possible with the details. We will send out any replacement parts at no cost to the customer.
