Assembly Required
I ordered the flower box stand in wildflower pattern for my wife on our 6th wedding anniversary (iron is the traditional gift), and received it promptly. Upon opening the box, I found that there was some damage to the bottom grate of the flower box itself, in spite of what I would consider above average packaging. I contacted Painted Sky and informed them of the issue, and said I would be comfortable with a replacement of just the affected grate (fyi, there is minor assembly required on this item, extremely simple no tools required). They quickly sent out a complete new flower box, no hassle, and told me to keep the first one. The replacement was in perfect condition, so I believe it was just a fluke that the first was damaged. I couldn't be happier with the service and my wife loves it so a big win for these guys. Thanks!
